I will happily build your boxed bikes, bought mail order and/or for Christmas and birthdays. Mostly, a boxed bike will need a certain level of assembly; some more than others. Generally, the cost for this is from £35 and essentially covers the tasks involved in a basic service. Some, more expensive, bikes need a lot more assembly which will need me to price up.

Building a new boxed bike

This is essentially the assembly of a new bike with a light basic service.

• Components such as handlebar and stem fitted
• Gears and brakes tuned and adjusted
• Wheels installed and tightened
• Nuts and bolts checked. Tyres inflated
